Through Meditation, The Kundalini Kriyas and Soul Fusion, Get A Fault Free Life Of Richness + Peace

Any human being. Any line of work. Whether you are a businessman, an executive, a nurse, a doctor, an engineer, a computer scientist, a salesman, housewife, yogi or student, you are interested in having a fault free life.

A life without defects or mistakes or problems of any kind. A life of richness, internal and external where your meditationally increased energy will produce results!!

For 5000 years sages and saints have been telling you that the mind is limited. It is necessary but it is limited and it is always making mistakes. It is fractured and fragmented and creates many problems. In many cases we seem to be connected to a self destructive saboteur which totally destroys our lives.

Meditation and Energy Enhancement are techniques which can help you come to a mistake free life. You can find the most intelligent man in the world, on the IQ scale, and that man can have no common sense whatsoever and also no heart…

Meditation is the way of going beyond the mind to a place of heart, intuition, of coherence, alignment with the soul or higher self where you can become integrated, one, governed by higher levels of energy.

Also, the energy of meditation can so unify your energetic field that you can produce coherence and alignment and peace in all people which surround you.

The people of transcendental meditation have proved in a great scientific experiment, reported in major scientific journals that when a lot of people meditated together in a city, then that city experienced lower levels of crime. The crime statistics of the whole city on every level were lowered during the process of the meditation.

Just think what a process of daily meditation could produce in your life and in the people around you, your family, your friends. Any meditation you practice will help them also.

The movie, the Last Samurai, was making that point. Human society and politics is governed by the mind. It wants everything and will do anything to get it. But Tom Cruise the star and executive producer of the movie, together with the writer, John Logan, who wrote “Gladiator” were saying that this mix of selfish desire and intellect needs the leaven of the state of meditation.

And when at the end of the movie when Tom was handing the sword soul of the meditation of the Head Samurai to the Emperor, he was handing on the message of meditation. And that meditation so strengthened the courage of the emperor that he became capable of throwing out the bad people in his government.

As above, so below, as leaders throw out bad ministers, so you can remove all your energy blockages.

He is still passing that Sword of Meditation, of the Heart, to you, so that you can cast out all your negative energy blockages! ….

Today no government can promise you security in the face of selfish desire, weapons of mass destruction, and terrorism. They can not prevent!!!

No government can prevent… Has been able to improve the problematic areas of health and education. Dummed down and plain unhealthy. 30% of the people die from cancer and 25% from heart disease. In fact they keep changing methodologies constantly in the hopes that no-one will notice that in the face of all this effort…. Things are getting worse.

And because of this, every three or four years the governments are thrown out a new one replaces them to continue the same policies as the previous government.

No matter who we vote for, the government always gets in! And we, stupidly, because of 10,000 years of history, start full of hope whilst they continue to lie and to fail.

Only the coherence and alignment of the energy of peace from Meditation can start to change the world, your life now and your future lifetimes, creating more luck in your life and preventing wars before they arise.

Only the highest knowledge and aligned consciousness and the energy of peace from your Meditation can start to change your life now and your future lifetimes, giving you more energy, perseverance, good relationships and luck by preventing faults and failures in your life before they arise.

More people are starting to apply Meditation, one of the fastest growing ancient and successful techniques in the world, because it works now and has worked for 5000 years creating in that time all the past spiritual masters to whom we look up to because of their lives of health and goodness and mercy to all.

It needs artists like Geldoff and Bono from U2 to remind us that our happiness is created by the happiness of everyone around us – let’s help Africa they say.

Our happiness is bound up in the happiness of others. Who are the happiest people, those who make everyone around them happy.

Governments and the people who run them never have had this point of view. They do not meditate!

This we need to afford through your conscious choice, now. By choosing to practice meditation. Through having a process of meditation every day you can enter into that richer life!!

As meditation becomes the practise of choice in all people, businesses, politicians and government itself, this will change and the whole world will become fault free!!

And even Meditation is not enough, now we need real meditative progress, a speeding up of the process of meditation through advanced meditational techniques.

Meditation and Energy Enhancement which teaches twenty seven ancient and effective techniques beyond simple meditation to speed up the meditative process will progressively give you that fault free life of richness and joy, giving you energy, intelligence and will.

Meditations like the Kundalini Kriyas, the Grounding of Negative Energies, Opening the Heart Center and Soul Fusion will give real results of evolution, coherence, alignment and progress in our lives and in the lives of everyone in the world, fast!!

Internal richness leads to external richness, luck and progress in all areas of your life. Rather than being one who cannot even manage your life, become one who not only can manage your life but also the lives of everyone around you in richness and in health.

In this way, through meditation your life, the lives of your family and friends, your city, country and planet can be benefited as waves of meditational energy are projected and spread to all areas of your life and planet of residence for this life and all your future lives. Start now!!

What is Kundalini Yoga?

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Taken from the book Open your heart with Kundalini Yoga, by Siri Datta

Throughout the ages, in every civilization, there has been a hidden pathway, a secret technology of discovery, which enables the individual to reach the ultimate potential. This is a technique that has the ability to elevate, inspire and awaken the individual to their own greatness. That greatness is within every one of us, and the technology that can do this is Kundalini Yoga.

As an enthusiastic teacher of Kundalini Yoga, I am always asked ‘What is it? Is it like Hatha Yoga, or Ashtanga Yoga? Is it dynamic or static? Are there meditation or breathing techniques?’ My answer is always the same: it is all of those things, and a multitude more.

Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga, now living in New Mexico, has explained that there are 22 major forms of yoga, each one expressing a facet of the whole. A good way of understanding this is that each different form of yoga is like the facet of a diamond. The diamond herself is Kundalini Yoga, the mother of all yogas.

Kundalini Yoga is the most inclusive of all yoga practices as it includes all aspects of yoga within its teachings. In this practice there are over 8.4 million kriyas (completed sequences, or sets). These kriyas are made up of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra (chanting), mudras (hand gestures), bandhs (body locks) and meditation.

The kriyas are a blend of dynamic and static postures that deliver a perfect sequence of energy, tones and feelings played upon the instrument of the body. In the ancient scriptures it is said that Kundalini Yoga is the fastest way to create the transformation that the individual is seeking. There is a certain depth, completeness and timelessness that is inherent in Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga is a legacy. It has been practised as an exact science by masters in communication with Infinity, coming directly from the Soul. It is a practice that has been experienced and handed down through enlightened souls for many thousands of years. It is said that Christ, Buddha and Moses practised Kundalini Yoga.

In ancient times it was often taught and passed down through the line of kings. These Kundalini Yoga masters did not specifically or personally pass on the knowledge. Rather it is thought that the teachings were handed down via an authentic lineage of Raj (Royal) Yogis. Kundalini Yoga knowledge was transmitted through meditation and altered states. It was this practice that was kept within the bloodline of royalty. We understand that the very first transmission of Kundalini Yoga was passed to the Hindu god Shiva, who in turn passed the knowledge to his consort Parvarti. From the Bhagavadgita we can understand that Lord Krishna was a keeper of the teachings, which were then passed to King Janaka, who was an early Raj Yogi and master of Kundalini Yoga. This was passed on through that lineage to Guru Ram Das, a Guru of the Sikhs, via the subtle realms. Guru Ram Das was bestowed the High Throne of Raj Yoga, known as the Takhat.  The word takhat literally means ‘high throne’ and is not specific to any exclusive form of yoga; there are many other takhats. This meant that he had to pass the technology on with his blessing to anyone who came along. It was through Guru Ram Das that the teachings were passed on to Yogi Bhajan. In 1969 Yogi Bhajan took Kundalini Yoga to the United States, against the wishes of his peers. Until then, it had always been highly secret and was never practised in public.

Since Kundalini Yoga has become so popular in the United States the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) has been developed. This was founded to verify, promote, produce and preserve the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, exactly as they had been passed down.

There is much confusion surrounding kundalini and Kundalini Yoga. Some experts say that it is the most potent and powerful way to change consciousness, while others warn against practising it, or veil the entire teaching in secrecy. Yet how can something as essential to consciousness as kundalini be feared? Some people worry about raising the kundalini energy, but teachings from Yogi Bhajan have dispelled many misrepresentations and myths surrounding kundalini and his explicit teachings have given researchers techniques that can be thoroughly tested out. Kundalini Yoga is also known as the ‘yoga of awareness’. Awareness leads to understanding and understanding gives way to acceptance. When you can accept yourself, all your limitations fade away. All your fears, insecurities, and self-belittlement cease to be. In its place are abundance, hope and the wisdom of your true worth. Kundalini Yoga is so much more than a set of physical exercises. If genuinely practised, with respect and reverence, it will change your life.

There is only one way that you can practise Kundalini Yoga. It is very specific, clearly laid out and it is practised as it was given, with no alterations. Its path can take you to many places, whether you wish to achieve enlightenment or to release parts of yourself that are out of date and do not reflect the person you wish to be. Kundalini Yoga can also offer an approach for those who have only limited time to devote to this practice, but who also deserve the rewards of this priceless gift. The practice is easily understood and accessible for complete beginners to yoga who have decided that they need a tool to help them balance out everyday pressures. This is the yoga for modern humankind. This practice is for our present-day dilemma: to feel whole and complete while maintaining our day-to-day responsibilities. Kundalini Yoga is a sacred technology that is greatly needed at the present time. It is direct, powerful and simple.

It is important to understand that Kundalini Yoga is concerned with preparing the body for the kundalini energy to rise up through the Sushmana (the energetic spinal column). The scientific aspect of Kundalini Yoga is designed to provide you with the experience of your highest consciousness through the raising of your kundalini. Kundalini is your latent spiritual potential. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, this psychic nerve centre is awakened; its revelation is the release of your true potential. For this energy to awaken safely, body and mind need to be strong and able to deal with this very powerful change in consciousness. The practice of Kundalini Yoga is the powerful cleansing of the whole being. Not only do the body and mind need to be cleansed but also the energetic aspects of ourselves. The chakras (energy centres) and meridians (energy pathways) need to be unblocked and activated to allow this new influx of dynamic energy to flow freely throughout the whole being.

Kundalini and chakra work are closely linked. The kundalini energy can be depicted as a serpent, coiled in three and a half turns, sleeping in the Muladhara (Base, or Root, Chakra), the densest of all the chakras. But please note that Yogi Bhajan does not support the concept of kundalini as the coiled serpent, but rather as the blueprint for the full potential of humankind. Kundalini is known as the spiritual nerve, seated in the base of the spine, waiting to be awakened. With the practice of Kundalini Yoga this nerve can be stimulated and start to become activated as it breaks through the blockage at the Muladhara, travelling upwards through the Sushmana and piercing every chakra along the way, until it reaches the Crown, where full enlightenment is attained.

You do not have to charge in with the intention of raising the kundalini to full enlightenment, although this is the goal of all forms of yoga. There is a more acceptable, more gentle, way of introducing you to the sheer potential that is within you, and showing you how this potential can be released. This method is to gently rouse or stir the kundalini energy in the Ida and Pingala channels, which interweave around the Sushmana, every time you embark on a kundalini kriya. The general pattern of a kundalini kriya is to awaken and build up the Pranic energy. This is then guided to the relevant area that you wish to work on. For example, if your digestive system needs working on, a set to help with decision-making or an emotional state that is upsetting you might be helpful. By directing the energy to a particular chakra, organ, or issue in your life, this blockage will be dissolved and once again you will be back in balance. The negative effects will harm you no more.

There are over 8.4 million kriyas, all designed to deal with the day-to-day challenges we face. There are kriyas for physical issues, such as the digestion, circulation, immune system (disease resistance), lower back problems, glandular malfunctions, menopause and sexuality problems. There are also kriyas for the mind, to clear confusion, addictions, haunting thoughts and creative blocks. Additionally, there are kriyas to balance the emotions, to bring about feelings of ecstasy, to dispel fear and paranoia, to bring about stillness and to attain the empowering ability to accept and forgive all aspects of your life.

Meditation is also a very important part of the practice. This allows the body and mind to process the journey of the kriya. The energy has travelled along a certain pathway, awakening, dispelling and moving your energetic bodies. The meditation process is a lesson in inner awareness. Sometimes the meditation will have a breathing technique to enable the mind to quieten as you turn inwards into the realm of feelings and emotions. When this happens you will be able to observe your thoughts as they come and go. This is the start of the practice known as ‘becoming the watcher’. It is through this method that you become master of the mind.

At other times there will be a mantra to accompany the meditation. A mantra is always equipped with a coded sonic vibration that cuts through the psyche and starts to balance out areas within that need attention. When there is a mantra, you may find yourself immersed in the sound. This is the most powerful part of Kundalini Yoga. The word mantra breaks down into man, which means ‘mind’ and tra, which is ‘to vibrate’. Therefore, mantra means ‘to vibrate the mind’. This miraculous technique shifts many character traits and behavioural patterns that keep us suffering. In the chapter on Mantra (see page 51), I will explain exactly how this sonic science works.

I would like to close this section by saying that you can never predict a kundalini class. It is always full of surprises, since many changes will be going on in all the various people present. There have been times in my classes when there have been outbursts of laughter, which is always good fun and I actively encourage it. Yoga is usually synonymous with seriousness, quiet and solemnity, but this is not always the case. Laughter is common in my classes. It is, after all, an explosion of happiness. This usually happens when a painful emotion or memory has been released. It is also common to find yourself so immersed in the kriya and the breathing that you surface to find tears falling down your cheeks. You may not actually be crying, but tears are falling silently. This is always a very powerful realization of the many changes that are taking place within you.

When you experience this, you will find that harmony and balance are restored to you, and you will feel within an endless supply of energy and happiness. When you experience this, even for a few brief moments, your life will not be the same again. The inner light is now switched on, shining through you, and others will not fail to be drawn towards you. You will become a beacon for humankind, a touchstone for the truth, and the living reality of who we really are.

To everyone who embarks on the path of kundalini, I wish you the greatest journey. May your path show you the many examples of Divinity that are around you at any given moment. May you realize the ultimate truth: that only Love can set you free. Be free, my friend, as it is your birthright.

Be Grateful, BE GREAT and BE FULL Yogi Bhajan

KUNDALINI NIRVANA AND SELF ENLIGHTENMENT

SELF REALISATION

A Pathway to Transformation.

How many millions of people who are economically well off and can well afford to live and do nothing, yearn for what we all call peace of mind and happiness ? How many among our friends and family are visibly confused and unhappy despite enjoying good health and live comfortably ?

How many do we know who meddle in anything and everything that promises to yield something akin to happiness or joy ?

We all know these people and perhaps we can count ourselves among them, but is all this just a fantasy provoked by charlatans who want adepts they can either seduce or gives them a sense of power ? It is at least, a point to bear in mind before getting too involved with those who see channels of enlightenment through community life exclusive to them and perhaps a sexual liberty which makes it all naughtily different and of course, attractive to most. The physical aspect of these modern cult, community rules, however, were not shared by the ancient masters of what they termed “wisdom” and in fact it was discouraged to the point of discipline. Sex however has played an important part in the development of the emotional balance of adepts but only as a controlled force designed to channel its energies in other direction. Pure gratification may be as innocent and as liberating to some, as it can prove traumatic to others when it is imposed and confused with the question of spiritual advancement. In fact, it is quite easy to say that whoever preaches such things within the same context is creating a harem, not a shared religious experience. Having said that, however, if we are to understand the very complex nature of our psychological and autonomic systems (balance of mind and instinctive response to basic needs) we need to be able to feel the urge to do so with a strength that can drive us up a very steep but extremely exhilarating slope. There is no summit or a way down, but the secret lies in being able to explore a different dimension where psychological balance and joy of living combine to release a powerful sense of forward movement that would be impossible to describe to any other than those already there.

There were many deep thinkers with those particular qualities that drove them to explore themselves every second of their lives and came up with what they thought, were fairly teachable techniques which could encourage masses to try. Most of these failed in their attempts – not, to get close to the secrets, but to enable them to put these into instruments or codification that could produce general results at will. The Kaballah was one of these much vaunted pictographic instruments. The Sufi guru Gurdjieff tried it with his pictogram and allegorical language and many with their own versions of the so called “Corpus Hermeticus” which is really no more than a kaleidoscope of everything these compilers could come across that promised not only results, but the sort of mystical reverence that would create followers. None of them get down to the very basic necessities which mental and emotional disciplines need, as a base, to create a real house of refuge within ourselves and into which we can safely, and honestly, take others, if only for a while.

Awareness not Distraction

To understand basic requirements one must stand still within ourselves and achieve the sort of concentration that we are always so ready to give to the things that distract us – like films, books sport etc. The difference is that what we wish to do is not to create distraction, but awareness. Most oriental philosophy is based on awareness – self awareness, and Gurdjieff was one of them who emphasised this essential platform. Teaching is a process of extracting knowledge from within a pupil and not the superimposition through learning. It is only when this knowledge is extracted that the pupil understands. The realisation is the learning and it does not need to be defined since it has neither form nor verbal expression. The instrument that Gurdjeff utilized to be able to “teach” was his use of allegorical words that produced images in people´s mind but which did not identify a distracting object. Religious teachers have tried to do this throughout the millennia, but succumbed to what they know how to do best – create an atmosphere. Bells, incense, echoes, chants, rhythm – all played a part and all religious teachers depended on them for the attempt to penetrate those recesses of the mind for what is called a “receptive” mood and essential for the brainwashing to follow. I am not being cynical about these processes of induced enlightenment, but merely questioning whether the end results in these case are what they appear to be. Apart from the religious mystics, most members of these churches, have survived every attempt at change, continuing, somewhat perversely to remain untouched and worse, go further down the destructive chain. Most politicians would love to be able to achieve the sense of contentment that like the Church, enables a privileged few to live like Gods at the expense of the whole. The parallels are not too difficult to draw. Is that not, for example, what brought about the so called public expenditure excesses that led to recession in the first place. ? The terrible truth is that in both of these States, the end product has been lost sight of and the fear of pandemonium has led to the child being overfed and pampered instead.

Whereas the religious formula is usually hypnotic, laced with fear and prohibition, the state version is bread and circus, which creates addictions and compulsive sales on which the taxes are conveniently attached.  If that was the only source of such revenue, one would perhaps say “well and good” but it has not stopped there and the end product can only be termed economic slavery, as every penny earned is, wilfully, ill spent for its own sake.

Man can and many individuals have, achieved self discovery to the point of releasing their newfound energies in support of the freedom and enhancement of mankind. Most of these never got into the history books for the simply reason that they were too forward and rocked the social boat when it came to challenging the keeping of the masses, united, in fear and contribution. Most of these free spirits were satisfied to obtain their own sense of reward with respect to a life of genuine achievement and public love. Those who did get into the history books, one could say, got away with it, more by luck than ingenuity and because they ultimately became excuses to be popular with on the part of those who sought their limelight. There is no need to even go further on the issue.

Self enlightenment however, is no easy matter to put forward, never mind teach or evoke (educate from latin educare meaning, technically, to draw out). If one were to try and do so, having at least experienced something akin to it more than once, and been able to sustain the “sense-ation”, the very first challenge would be the establishment of master/pupil contact. Gurdjieff as we know, took very little time to determine what the short list would be. I suspect that he was, at heart, an affectionate and generally very generous person with time for all including the most arrogant or wilfully proud. He would evaluate the potential and inner beauty or what Jesus called “humbleness” wrongfully translated as “meek”, in the same way that most of us admire and get caught by the innocence of animals at play. Behind it, of course, lies the need to survive and with it comes what many of us find difficult to accept – the slaughter of others, but even then, one must assume that in a field of plenty, such abominations would not exist. Herein, we find two important aspects of the raw materials of enlightenment energy forces – fields that defy and corrupt and demand to be lined in accordance with our aspirations and those which force us to act in relation to our unalterable priorities. To create or destroy – that is the question. What I want to express is that if we imagine each force field or conduit, labelled and categorised, what will achieve the end result is how they are interconnected or wired to provide the impulse in a required direction. Mere illustrations are not enough. Anger for example can be noble and however vindictive can carry with it a response designed to ensure that the object of the anger does not withdraw but cement the relationship through respect or guilt. Malicious anger is really not that at all, but hate and lust for destruction which it invokes. As such therefore in self watching it is important to determine where the emotions stand and what they really mean with respect to the way we behave. We, as self loved individuals can, all too often, make every excuse to justify our actions and short of doing harm to others, so be it. However, in the path to those quarters where the real power lies – the power to influence and enable us to experience those incredible currents of pure joy and inspiration, if only momentarily, the ability to haul ourselves before our own severest criticism, is a must with all its consequences. Channelling these or sublimating them is difficult and depressing but ultimately the only rewarding way of taking advantage of their energy contents. Gurdjieff called this “coating the upper self” – a form of distribution to the winds of spiritual enjoyment of potentially destructive energies – a partial wiring to earth to enable other more positive ones to flow. Sexual passions are of the same order and they too can be utilized to coat the upper self.

A not so rare experience.

It is not my intention to awaken any interest in things like the much discussed Kundalini, merely by saying it is there, but I honestly believe that once the essential platform has been put into place, that it is not as far away as many would have us think that it is. Some people are closer to its invocation than others but all, given the right type of self discipline, can begin the ascent – for want of a better word.

The Kabbalah is an attempt to place the forces of emotional man in an order of possible symbiosis – a parallel and mutually re-energising path. It is not an exact system of logical numerical ascendance which can be followed to the letter. One emotion does not necessarily carry one to the next, although some of them can be twinned – crying with laughter for example. Love and Hate is another – impossible encounters of the worst type. Yet, that is how it is. Self enlightenment therefore is a question of being able to define and see the essence of our emotions in their proper context as if they were individuals in their own right. Tempering arrogance may be a lifetime of discipline but it can also be held in place whilst changing its colour or putting it under another emotion that converts it to something closer to love – not such a tall order.

The path of self enlightenment is often subjected to trials and tribulations of ordinary life – the traumas and realisation of our fickleness and often malice. Heavy experiences can humble some and makes others even more bitter. It is a question of who the boss is with respect to our fight against our impulses and search for success as we see it. What has to be clearly seen is that all emotional development will create a change in the personality and needs of any individual. The path to knowledge – self knowledge, is strewn with new fears of things that had never been noticed before. It is the ability to look at these fears straight in the eye and convert them to strengths that lubricates the process. The warning is that evolved man is sensitive. Sensitive to the point of spiritual pain, if such a thing can be verbalised. The very essence of life – its own rhythms and its quest for immortality, emerge with a clarity that although disturbing, can be lived with but very very differently to when we first set out to find it.

The Karma Clearing Process of Energy Enhancement Meditation including the Kundalini Kriyas + Alchemy

The Karma Clearing Process begins with the removal of all Energy Blockages from the energetic system of a human being. Wilhelm Reich called it the Emotional Armor. These are the little stiffnesses which cause us so much pain in massage. Energy Blockages exist in the mental, emotional and physical bodies… Even in the spiritual bodies.

Energy Blockages split us so as we remove them through advanced and effective meditation techniques so we become more integrated, more solid.

Removing energy blockages from our spiritual bodies will allow us to access our hearts and our conscience, it will allow us to access our soul, our soul path in life, without which life has no meaning.

Removing energy blockages from the mind, the mental body, allows more energy to flow, we become more brilliant. Our minds become clear, our IQ increases and more.. We obtain the power of persistence which enables us to accomplish anything!

Removing energy blockages from the emotions allows more energy to flow, we become more stable. Our emotions become clear, our emotional IQ increases and more.. We obtain the power of having only positive emotions which enables us to radiate love, the energy of change and to access the will!

Removing energy blockages from the body allows more energy to flow, we become more energetic. Our bodies become clear of disease and pain, our energy increases and more.. We obtain the power of flexibility and strength which enables us to live longer and with more pleasure, more quality of life!

And what is that uneasiness within?
Just what is that tension which we find inside?

It is pure spiritual energy which has somehow become perverted by painful traumatic experience. It is energy which has been transmuted by some painful experience into pain, that encapsulated pain which we hold inside us or absorb from people and places on this planet. It is energy blockages which makes us feel uneasy and tense.

All the pain caused negative energy blockages which we hold inside are called the selfish competitive ego.

And because we all have been painfully perverting this pure spiritual energy into encapsulated negative energy or energy blockages for thousands of years, this world is filled with that perverted negative energy as energy blockages which we absorb from everything and everyone around us.

It is that pain and tension inside, those energy blockages which causes us to do all the bad things in this world. It is that pain and tension inside, those energy blockages which causes all the bad things in this world to happen to us, we call the bad things, all the bad luck to us. We are accidents waiting to happen. This is karma.

Body stiffness, niggles and pain cause Illness and disease.

Negative emotions, mood swings, wrong thinking, jealousy, prejudice, hatred, anger, fear are all caused perverted spiritual energy encapsulated as energy blockages. The “Mind filled manacles of fear” as said Blake.

Splitnesses in the mind, blocked minds, unclear and plain wrong thinking. Heartless mind solutions caused by selfishly wanting to gain something to the detriment of someone else, the “final solution” of Hitler for example. If we have a lot of these negative energy blockages within ourselves it will cause us to give up easily, a lack of energy, a lack of goodness and heart and soul.

It will cause us to lose our trust and our faith in the essential goodness of people and our teachers. We will project all our negativity onto them and begin to see them through the dark glasses of our negative experiences. Through the darkness of the negative energy which we hold inside.

We create this negative energy inside. And as we evolve we gain the ability to absorb more of this negativity from the people around us and from our surroundings. We gain the power to hold on to more of this negativity without being affected by it. However, the straw that broke the camels back always comes. At this point we become open to wanting to know how to remove and transmute energy blockages. How to change negative energy into pure positive spiritual energy again.

When we enter into the Buddhafield of Energy which surrounds the enlightened we start to feel and lose this Negative energy from inside us. These are the symptoms of Kundalini energy usually.

Because an enlightened master has the ability radiate pure positive spiritual energy as well as to absorb and transmute this negative energy back into pure spiritual energy, a spiral of transmutation, a column of pure transmutation, the Buddhafield, surrounds him and enters into his surroundings.

As you people upon the verge of enlightenment walk around, as well as creating your own negative energy, you absorb likewise the negative energies of people and places. The symptoms of this are your illnesses, your negative emotions of anger and fear, your mood swings and your feelings of negativity.

The only difference between you people on the verge of enlightenment and a master is that a master knows how to transmute the energy he absorbs. And thus he is surrounded by peace and harmony instead of more and more pain and negativity..

He does not curse the darkness. Instead he lights a candle.

The only difference between you and a master is that a master knows how to teach you how to transmute this negative energy into harmonious spiritual energy, and thus place you on the path of peace and harmony, the path of enlightenment itself.

He only needs to teach you how to look at the negative energy. He only needs to teach you how to see it and deal with it. Because anything else is painful. And will cause you to do more painful things. Because this negative energy is Karma itself.

THUS THE KARMA CLEARING PROCESS, THE SOURCE OF ALL TRUE FORGIVENESS.

Spiritual masters are not affected by Karma and indeed have no Karma. Because they have the psychic ability to transmute all karma into pure spiritual energy. And this pure spiritual energy builds up in them and is added to by their masters when they die. So that they are rich because they have a large bank balance of Pure positive spiritual energy to spend on their students. This is called Positive karma.

Because the first stage is the access to purity by transmuting all the pain, which travels with us from lifetime to lifetime and grows more and more each lifetime because like calls to like, inside. To he that has, more will be given, said the Christ.

So we need to learn how to go against this law of the gaining of karma and negative energy and energy blockages by understanding and using the grounding of negative energies, the Third Initiation of Energy Enhancement.

And then the second part comes. Once we have transmuted this negativity inside to a certain degree, it then becomes possible to absorb more positive spiritual energy from the masters bank balance.

The Master can send it to you with a glance. We absorb energy from the Master. The Hindus call it the Uppadesa or the Initiation of the Master, and it is said to come by glance, by touch, or in silence.

Until we learn how to do it for ourselves from the Universe.

And once you start transmuting negative energy by using the techniques of Energy Enhancement every day. Once you start to access your inner purity… To he that has not, it will all be taken away, said the Christ. Yes, all the negativity will be taken away.

And this is the Real Initiation or in the Zen Phrase, Satori. And after many Satoris, you then eventually become in the Hindu Phrase, Twice Born, in the Sufi Phrase, a Made Man, You have made your Bones.

PEACEFUL.
HARMONIOUS.
ENLIGHTENED.

All with a glance.
All with learning how to open our eyes.
All with the gaining of Psychic Vision.

You are the people who have no other choice but to absorb negativity and die, or learn how to transmute it and learn how to Live. Because this knowledge is more important than life and death. It is for those of you who want to attain a Soul.

Start your Karma Cleaning Process by learning how to meditate and then speed it up with the advanced techniques of Energy Enhancement based upon ancient effective techniques of Taoism, The Kundalini Kriyas, The five elemental circulations of the Qi of Chinese Alchemical Taoism, The Guided Meditation of the Emerald tablet of Hermes Trismegistus encapsulated in VITRIOL and more..

Osho Kundalini Meditation

Osho Kundalini Meditation

Known as the “sister meditation” to Dynamic, with four stages of fifteen minutes each this method is a gentle yet effective way to release all the accumulated stress of your day.

“…Allow the shaking, don’t do it. Stand silently, feel it coming, and when your body starts a little trembling help it – but don’t do it. Enjoy it, feel blissful about it, allow it, receive it, welcome it – but don’t will it. If you force it, it will become an exercise, a bodily physical exercise. Then the shaking will be there but just on the surface, it will not penetrate you. You will remain solid, stone like, rock like within; you will remain a manipulator, the doer, and the body will just be following. The body is not the question – you are the question.” – Osho

Kundalini Meditation lasts for one hour and has four stages, three with music, and the last without. The music has been composed under Osho’s direct guidance specially for this particular meditation.

Osho Kundalini Meditation Steps :

First Stage: 15 minutes
Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Your eyes may be open or closed.

“Allow the shaking; don’t do it. Stand silently, feel it coming and when your body starts trembling, help it but don’t do it. Enjoy it, feel blissful about it, allow it, receive it, welcome it, but don’t will it.

“If you force it will become an exercise, a bodily, physical exercise. Then the shaking will be there but just on the surface; it will not penetrate you. You will remain solid, stone-like, rock-like within. You will remain the manipulator, the doer, and the body will just be following. The body is not the question – you are the question.

“When I say shake, I mean your solidity, your rock-like being should shake to the very foundations so that it becomes liquid, fluid, melts, flows. And when the rock-like being becomes liquid, your body will follow. Then there is no shake, only shaking. Then nobody is doing it; it is simply happening. Then the doer is not.” OSHO

Second stage: 15 minutes
Dance . . . any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes. Again, your eyes can be open or closed.

Third stage: 15 minutes
Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing . . . witnessing whatever is happening inside and out.

Fourth stage: 15 minutes
Keep your eyes closed, lie down and be still.

Begin with shaking, then dancing, and end with stillness and silence, first standing or sitting, then lying. This meditation is usually done in the afternoon to let go of the accumulated stress of the day.

2012 Kundalini Concepts

Hopi tradition and prophecy as well as other indigenous cultures see a transition in worlds around the 12.21.2012 window. Some call it a move from one Underworld to another Others call it a move from one Sun to another. Regardless of the metaphor used by these societies, what they have in common is a uniting of the male and female, a harmonic balance of the sexes!

In Hindu fork lore (4,000 year old story) this is akin to KUNDALINI!

Taking the individualized kundalini experience world wide or within the whole of our universe, we can mesh the Vedic stories with the Mayan calendar and see a potentially logical fit. Hindu mythology begins with ONE Consciousness but wherein there are two beings. This should be easier to handle than the Christian One God wherein there are three beings.  :-)

The two beings were Shiva (male) who represented TIME and Shakti (female) that represented space. One can also easily see the Chinese CHI represented in the yang and yin.

Shakti lies at the base of the of our root chakra with the intention of eventually rising as a coiled serpent up the chakra chain to unite at the seventh (in some cases the sixth) chakra (with Shiva) bringing for enlightenment, healing, transformation, prana, harmony, nirvana, and bliss: to mention a few adjective states. Every culture, religion, and indigenous people have their stories, mythology, and beliefs; using their own localized words and language. However, what they all share in common is that SOMETHING BIG will happen in and around the winter solstice (12.21.2012)

So, add the word KUNDALINI to galactic crossing, photon band, supernova pulse, Nibiru and all those other buzzwords for this time and the soon, time to come description(s).

As a spiritual-futurist, I have a BA degree majoring in history. One cannot know the future without knowing the past which holds clues to what is on the horizon. The world is in such a rapid expansion of knowledge that we are close to entering a tipping point that will forever change earth as we know it.

the Kundalini

Kundalini meditation is a meditative technique that will develop your capability to live and love. You will enjoy an increased energy for caring actions. Kundalini can be defined as an energy that is aroused by positive, loving attitudes. This energy maintains our effort of freewill. Kundalini meditation may not suit every individual, but it is definitely worth exploring. When we practice kundalini meditation we naturally increase kundalini and our mind is energized to perform loving thoughts and actions.

Prepare for kundalini meditation by comfortably sitting on a chair or cross-legged on the floor. Close your eyes and keep your hands folded in your lap. Begin breathing exercises to calm and clear the mind. Once the mind is peaceful, think lovingly of a person in your life. These loving thoughts will arouse kundalini and the body will be re-charged by the peacefulness of meditation. This renewed energy will then be available once the body is reawakened from meditation.

Meditation is a great way to relax yourself, but meditation also has many other benefits to enhance your life. means to take a break away from your daily life, from your job, from your concerns, and so on. It means to turn off your mobile phone, turn off may be your telephone and really practice Meditation by yourself. Let your computer and your e-mails wait for a minute. And really give yourself some time to do meditation.

Astrology is the method of determining the character and future of a person through the alignment of the stars and planets. Astrology does not work and cannot predict future events or personalities. The Eastern astrology is event oriented, they will tell you what happened in the past and what will happen in the future with much greater precision. The most prevalent application of horoscopic astrology is to use it to analyze the birth charts of individuals in order to read character, psychological traits, and to some extent destiny.

Astrology offers a simple process to help begin self understanding using symbolism related to the planets and the zodiacal signs to explain natural energies that impact upon our Earth from the heavenly bodies – Sun, Moon and planets. To these we inevitably must respond, even if unconsciously, as we react to weather patterns. Psychological responses are influenced by our individual character and our strongest established thoughts and feelings, but also issue from our core center, our soul.

Many people have developed the habit of checking out the horoscope in their morning paper. It has been estimated that horoscopes, whether in the local paper, in glossies, or online publications, have a wide readership. Why are we so fascinated by horoscopes, astrology, birth signs, star signs and psychic ability? For centuries we humans have looked to the stars for an infinite amount of wisdom and guidance yet a large number of us will admit that we don’t always believe what we read about our horoscopes. I have to admit that anything to do with ghosts and hauntings and such phenomenon have me totally gripped as I kind of think that this can’t be the only life there is, there must be more to it than just this.

A mantra is a sacred sound or phrase, such as om, hum, or another phrase that has a transformative effect. But a mantra isn’t limited to certain words or sounds, not must it take such an esoteric meaning such as is found in mainstream Vedic practices and most Buddhist techniques and classical Hinduism where a mantra is viewed as a necessity for spiritual advancement and high attainment.

mantra in the Indian religions, a mantra (Devanagari) is a sound, syllable, word, or group of words that are considered capable of “creating transformation” (cf. spiritual transformation).Their use and type varies according to the school and philosophy associated with the mantra. Other purposes have included religious ceremonies to accumulate wealth, avoid danger, or eliminate enemies. Mantras originated in the Vedic tradition of India, later becoming an essential part of the Hindu tradition and a customary practice within Buddhism, Sikhism and Jainism. The use of mantras is now widespread throughout various spiritual movements which are based on, or off-shoots of, the practices in the earlier Eastern traditions and religions.

The benefit of chanting a mantra includes benefits such as spiritual progress, destruction of the enemy, acquisition of supernatural powers, nullification of sins and purification of speech.

The Pooja is a holy ceremony which is conducted by a priest or by the member of house. Pooja is also perform on special occasions in adding together to the everyday ceremony. Pooja is the spiritual ceremony that Hindus perform on multiplicity of occasions to pray or get the blessings of God. Doing worships gives a positive energy to our lives and makes our heart sense of self free.

Occult Science works in the Platonic tradition of moving from the general to the assets within the Ring Pass-Not of every world system: the overall, noble represent is prototypal realized in its primary nature, and the whole this presents itself as assets holding then expounded.

Alternate therapies was long past that when grouping got peaked or did not see well, they would meet go to a customary doctor and be presented advice or a penalization to support them to get better. Now many grouping as well as those in the healthful field are seeing the benefit of alternate therapies.

Yagya are “energy medicine” that brings the hold of environment to our activities. Yagya are most aligning with a portion energy. They wage us an internal boost and tend to change our inclinations.

Mudra the physical body is made up of five elements namely – Air, Water, Fire, Earth and Aakash (ether – the tiny intercellular spaces in the human body). Imbalance of these elements disrupts the immunity system and causes disease.  Deficiencies in any of these elements can be made up by connecting one part of the body with another in a particular manner through Mudras.

Kundalini- Solace

Kundalini- Solace

Kundalini- Solace

It was in 1990 when we shifted from Mumbai/took possession of our own flat in Virar. Since none of the other flats were occupied my wife became alone (confining to 4 walls) she developed schizophrenia disease due to which she started getting violent and attack picking with whatever things available. I never knew that it was a disease and it could be cured. I told my in-laws & my father, who, in turn told me once marriage is over it is your look-out. I got severe blows from her. Suddenly I got an intuition that I should tell God. Then I sat infront of altar and with the pain I thought of ending my life by closing my breath from both the nostrils.

I lost my consciousness and my body became flat on the ground and I don’t know how long I was in that state. When I woke up and saw there was a strange being in me and a very clear inner voice became audible to me (Lord Vishnu) and started guiding me in all respects, as if, steering has been given to a right man.

My wife has regained strength due to Lord Vishnu’s direction. I started coming out of my body (in a subtle form) and make astral trips to Himalayas every day. Once I came out of body and sat on a tree. My wife saw my body as lying dead and started sobbing and took me to burial ground, when they were about to lit fire, I entered in my body and stood up and came home. From that day onwards I stopped making astral trip, if at all I go I used to tell people around not to cremate my body.

Once Lord Indra had sent celestial damsels in a naked form (there is no sensor) to test my celibacy, shown lottery ticket number where I can earn Crores etc. Knowing that these are all trap from not being one with Supreme, I thrashed them out. After that Lord Vishnu used to appear in 4 hands with shank, Chakra etc., every day (bin bulaya mehman) and showed me Vishwaroopa Sandarshan which Lord Krishna showed to Arjuna. I am so happy and my joy has got no bounds.

For the readers of this page I am giving simple technique of pranayama and nadi shodhana i.e., inhaling through right nostril (awakened suryanadi) hold for some time and when you are not comfortable, then applied pressure (using the holded air like air in the cycle pump) below your abdomen, which lifts your kundalini (dormant energy lying at the base of spine) and exhale through the other (left) nostril. To start with, do it 5 minutes and slowly increase the timing.

There are innumerable experiences after awakening Kundalini which cannot be mentioned due to shortage of space. Any one can do this and achieve and I can guarantee you the results. It is so simple. You don’t have to go to Himalayas or jungle -to learn siddhis from Sadhus. Doing samsara, you can always do it. It will burn all the sins from the past janmas and ultimately lead to salvation. I even, used to practice in moving train.

I am lucky enough to get two gurus i.e., Mahaparameshwar Shri Jimmy Nagputhra (Yogiraj) and Mahaparameshwari Shri Gururani Nagkanya (Yogini) due to above.

My aim of giving this through this page is to give best to the society which I have obtained accidentally. Through this anyone can reap the benefit and you too can take correct decision at all times since connection with supreme establishes instantly.

Kundalini Activation: How Self Hypnosis Helps Kundalini Enlightenment

Kundalini activation help is available in your subconscious mind. You can activate this powerful force using self-hypnosis as a guide. The support you require is readily accessible when you take the time to engage the inner workings of your consciousness to achieve heightened awareness and enlightenment.

Chakra Visualizations Help

The chakras evoke elements of energy, bodily responses, emotions and consciousness yet so many people fail to use these magnificent resources. You can access these elements when you engage your subconscious mind through self-hypnosis that includes visualization techniques designed to appoint the energy of the seven chakras.

Visualization is a key component in your meditative experience. You can delve deep within your spirit and inner energy force to connect the various realms of your being into to one cohesive flow. Your ability to heal and your deep clarity evolve out of this process.

When you see the energy flowing and your consciousness follows a stream of enlightenment, the chakras are engaged and healing begins. Each chakra represents a body system and each body system relates to physical and emotional manifestations you experience every day.

Kundalini Activation Help

Part of the visualization process evokes the image of the internal snake that represents the seven body systems in the chakras. You can see the snake as a representation of these elements and as the carrier of your personal fire. This interconnectedness of energy force, body and spirit through the visualization provides many benefits.

The awakened Kundalini allows you to focus on all seven of the chakras at once. This is a very difficult task to accomplish without guidance. In most cases, people can only focus on one element during the meditation process. However when the inner flames of the snake are engaged properly, you achieve a heightened experience that involves the seven chakras in sync with each other.

Self Hypnosis Guidance

The guidance you need to achieve success in this awakening is in self-hypnosis. This process offers the means you require to evoke your inner energy source delving deep into your subconscious and the realms of body systems that are connected to each chakra. This unification maximizes your energy force, creating a cohesive pull of these various elements.

This form of meditation offers insight into your soul and your inner life force. Some take this approach alone while others engage in the activity with a partner. Developing unity and cohesiveness is a very beneficial approach to developing deeper understanding, wisdom and good health.

The guidance you desire is available in the hypnosis recording found here – Kundalini Activation Help – by renowned hypnotherapist, Steve G Jones, M.Ed. His mastery of the meditative process provides the insight you need to achieve cohesiveness.

Another outstanding selection found here – Chakra Visualizations Help – is by celebrated hypnotherapist, Duncan McColl who provides insight into your chakras. Other excellent selections can be found here – Kundalini Self Help. Simply follow the links for more information.

J Seymour writes for a number of hypnosis and NLP related websites such as http://www.selfhelprecordings.com – an online self hypnosis shop based in the USA, http://www.justbewell.com – a site in the UK which both offers one to one hypnotherapy sessions and hosts a self hypnosis recordings shop, and http://www.hypnotherapy-nlp-help.com – a hypnotherapy and NLP site based in Australia.

The Five Faces of Kundalini I.e. the Five Streams of Divine Energy

The Five Faces of Kundalini I.e. the Five Streams of Divine Energy

Colloquially all creatures are called living beings. Because they have Prana (vital force) they are called Pranis too. But it is not so simple. Material scientists do not accept that a creature has life force. They say life is a body which is an admixture of chemicals plus 5 elements. When the 5 elements dissociate from one another that creature becomes extinct on dying. They opine that there is nothing like a soul principle in this world. Man is just a walking, moving, speaking tree.

But the above ideology does not pass the test of Spiritual Science. They look upon the individual soul as a part-manifestation of God. The vital force is different from it. Vital force or Prana is the life force. He who has internal fortitude and external bravery is called one imbued with vital force. The vital force spoken of over here is actually the spirit. Spirit means divine radiance. Radiance includes understanding, honesty, responsibility and a valiant character. In spiritual terms these qualities of glory are called vital force fire. No doubt vile and wicked men too have daring and bravery but it is tainted. Hence they can never be called valiant. At the most they can be called vile and wicked.

To be imbued with vital force is to gain the highest benefits of human life. People follow and praise only those who possess this glory. Such men are called saints who not only uplift themselves spiritually but help others raise their spiritual stature. They are seated in that boat which helps them cross the river called this world and help innumerous other souls too to follow in their footsteps.

Vital force is a conscious power. It can be called live electricity. With electrical power many factories are at work. The city blinks with light and with its energy many material comforts are produced. One is amazed to note that with the help of ordinary bodies, this vital force electricity can carry out impossible tasks.

It is difficult to count the total number of living beings dwelling on earth. This is because there are innumerable creatures living on land, air and sea. In fertile lands there are very tiny creatures. In one drop of water there are innumerable bacteria etc. Who will count their total number? This is because its number is beyond our ken and imagination. One can say that all these are living beings. But here we will discuss those living beings which manifest intense spiritual luster and it is not found even in ordinary laymen. Only he can jump high enough who possesses such nerves, muscles, imagination and thinking process which manifest intense electrical power of a very high grade. Such people harbor extraordinary thoughts and they attain extraordinary success on the basis of their own spiritual power via extraordinary schemes. Only such people experience self fulfillment. Those who see and hear about them, call them exalted.

Amongst living creatures only those with intense vital force are special and great. They are seen very rarely and whenever they are seen they mesmerize the eyes of all with their spiritual light. Many become theistic followers of theirs. The no. of individuals who follow in their footsteps is by no means less. Maybe not a royal path but at least they leave behind a footpath so that those who walk on it can reach their spiritual goal. Such people experience self glory and in the eyes of others they abound in divine powers. In the annals of world history one finds a description of gigantic tasks carried out by such holy men full of intense vital force. Amongst great men they are given the title of Supermen.

If in one pan of a weighing scale you place the body, brain, family, wealth etc i.e. united with our lives and in the other pan you place divine radiance, definitely the latter pan will go down because of its greater weight. They are called crown jewels amongst men. They are called human gods because for ideals and ethics they are willing to lay down their very lives. Their actions are ideals for the laymen to follow. The young boy Gandhi (Beloved Father of India’s freedom struggle) on seeing the drama of King Harishchandra vowed that he would become as great as this King. And in the end everyone saw that Gandhiji’s vow was fulfilled. Gandhiji who imbibed truth and non-violence truly became another stalwart like King Harishchandra.

In order to attain such an intense vital force one should study sacred scriptures, associate with great saints, reflect deeply on spiritual truths so as to imbibe soul force and create an apt mental state. Also in order to create spiritual power and radiance there is the Yogic breathing exercise of Pranayam. But above all these modes is Kundalini awakening. It can also be awakened by meditating on the sun. It is not enough to look upon the sun merely as a source of material energy. Because at the soul level it is also synonymous with God and by not looking upon it as merely a ball of fire that gives us heat, we should realize that it can imbue us with intense vital force in our psyche. In reality this is a fact. If the radiance of Goddess Savita can be imbibed through spiritual practice, austerities, faith and intense power of yearning then the spiritual aspirant shall never lose hope.

This conscious electricity of our vital force is present in every pore of the cosmos. Via a strong resolve man can imbibe it in as much measure as he is capable of imbibing. This is because one can imbibe only that much according to one’s spiritual credentials (Paatrata). There is a lot of water in all rivers. None can stop us from taking as much water as we want. Yet we can take only that much water according to the size of the vessel we possess. If there is no vessel then we cannot take even a drop of water despite the fact that we intensely desire to take water from the river.

Amongst all galaxies and planets the sun is the most brilliant. This light is not like that of a bulb. This is because the sun with its own light energy makes others radiant. The moon too shines because of sunlight. We are able to see other stars and planets in the universe because of sunlight. It is sunlight that gives light to trees, plants etc. It is because of sunlight that buds bloom into flowers. In Prashnopanishad Nachiketa was given a detailed version of the importance of the vital force and he was also taught the 5 Sciences of vital Forces fire related to it.

In the same way the vital force aspect and energy aspect of Gayatri Super Power is Kundalini (Divine Serpent Power). Fundamentally both are one. The principle of electricity is only one. It is just that -ve and +ve are its two aspects. The life force is one but the body and vital force are its 2 aspects. Gayatri and Kundalini are not separate because both these streams mutually complement one another. It is said that: Kundalini is the mouth source of vital force empowered Gayatri. It is Gayatri that is the Great Science of Vital force. Only those who know this science are said to be true imbibers of the Vedas.

………….Yogachudamani Upanishad

Five powerful demigods are united to the life force so as to fulfill all its tasks. Because they are latent they appear to be dead and thus cannot be utilized. As a result a living being becomes weak and impoverished. But if these powerful aides are activated, if their power is aptly utilized then man instead of remaining ordinary will become extraordinary. He will get an opportunity to uplift his demeaned state and live a life of radiant glory.

In the Kapil Tantra the description of the 5 elements has been symbolized as the 5 demigods:

Vishnu is the chief of space. The chief of fire is Maheshwari power. Shiva is the chief of earth and Ganesh is the chief of water. Sun is the chief of wind. In this manner the 5 gods are chieftain powers of the 5 elements of our body.

The 5 Pranas (vital forces) are said to be the 5 demigods too. In the Tantraniv it is said that:

This living being has 5 demigods. Because it has vital force it is Shiva too. This Kundalini aide possesses divine energy. Its form is like radiant lightning.

In the subtle body of a human being these 5 Pranas (vital forces) are in the form of: 1) Prana 2) Udaan 3) Apan 4) Vyan 5) Samaan. It has 5 aides called 1) Devadatta 2) Vrikal 3) Kurma 4) Naag 5) Dhananjay. These are 5 covering layers of our consciousness. Its admixture constitutes one’s personality. Based on the high-low nature of its stature and balance a person’s maturity and special characteristics radiate.

According to modern Gestalt psychology the personality of an individual is classified in 5 ways. Psychiatrist Dr. Frederic Pearls says that if the 5 coverings of our personality are examined and opened up in a scientific way, the immaturity of our character can be overcome and instead it can be purified. The 5 coverings are: 1) cliché layer 2) synthetic layer 3) impulse layer 4) impulsive or death layer 5) explosive or life layer. The cliché layer which commences in an immature manner, on attaining maturity takes the form of an explosive energy. As a result such an individual starts leading an independent, faithful, active and apt life. The 5 energy coverings described by Gestalt are none other than the 5 sheaths (Pancha Koshas) of our subtle body.

Just as the visible objects of our cosmos are made up of the 5 elements in the same way the all pervasive consciousness harbors the vital force. This cosmos is made up of the 5 conscious powers. The human body too is its micro aspect. That which is in the macro (cosmos) is found in the micro (human body). The 5 vital forces found in the cosmos are present in the human body too. It is present in a latent seed state. A seed harbors an entire tree. But the tree cannot be seen clearly in the seed. The sperm of a man and the ovum of a female unite to form a human body. Yet if you even use a microscope and examine the sperm and ovum you can never visualize a human baby in it. In the same way regarding the 5-fold activities of Savitri power it cannot be said as to what is its direct nature and result. Despite this, on incarnating in this body of divine power, the results that accrue can give us an understanding of its power and authority.

The 5 glories are 1) might 2) wealth 3) knowledge 4) wisdom and 5) dexterity. In this manner there are other types of 5 contexts. The 5 chief warriors of Mahabharat war were the 5 Pandavas. In Ram’s army the 5 chiefs were Angad, Hanuman, Nal, Neel and Jambavant. There are 5 organs of knowledge. Many such 5 fold aspects are the 5 organs of action, 5 jewels, 5 nectars, 5 cow materials, 5-fold almanac of Hindus etc. The Pancheekaran of Vedant Philosophy is very famous.

In Kundalini awakening the 5 sheaths are dealt with and these are Food, Vital Force, Mental, Intellectual and Bliss Sheaths.

In Mahayog Vijnana Kundalini awakening is said to be synonymous with the awakening of the above 5 sheaths. “When Kundalini is awakened the 5 sheaths radiate with spiritual light.”

The body is made up of 5 elements. Its Satvik consciousness manifests in 5 ways: 1) Mind 2) Intellect 3) Will-Power 4) Psyche and 5) Ego.

The 5 Pranas which are also called vital force emerge from the Rajas principle of the 5 elements. Based on them the 5 organs of knowledge take responsibility of their corresponding 5 objects. From the Tamas principle of the 5 elements, the human gross body is created. It can be seen as 1) juices 2) blood 3) flesh 4) bones 5) marrow. The 5 special organs of action are also a product of the above mentioned Tamas principle. When in scientific parlance we talk of the 5 vital forces and the 5 sheaths, it is obvious that their chief representatives pervade the microcosm and the macrocosm.

Even Material Science talks of 5 chief powers: 1) Great power 2) Lesser power 3) Gravitational force 4) Electromagnetic force and 5) Anti-matter. The cosmic particles are of 5 types: 1) neutrons 2) quarks 3) pulsars 4) photons 5) laptons. According to the Quantum Wave Theory all forces move as waves. There are 5 cosmic rays viz. 1) sonic 2) ultrasonic 3) infrasonic 4) hypersonic and 5) supersonic. There are 5 covering layers of earth 1) lithosphere 2) hydrosphere 3) biosphere 4) pidosphere 5) atmosphere. Over these is the ionosphere that goes as far as 1600 miles. That too has 5 more coverings viz.: 1) endosphere 2) troposphere 3) stratosphere 4) ozonosphere and 5) exosphere.

The 5 powers are such that they are active in the material life area. These are bioelectricity, bio-magnetism, radiation, creation, reproduction and immunity. Bioelectricity is further of 5 type viz. plexus electricity, neuronal electricity, cellular electricity, conduction electricity and facial-ocular electricity. All these in the spiritual arena are called Varchas, Ojas, Tejas, Brahmavarchas and Manas.

There are 5 chief organs that oversee the brain muscle center and these are cortical nuclei, thalamus, hypothalamus, medulla, and spinal cord. The juices that keep the brain active are 5 in number and they are called neuro-humoral secretions. These are dopamine, endorphin, ceratonin, encephalin and GABA. When the balance of these is broken, the brain function gets distorted. The 5 hormonal glands which correspond to the 5 sheaths are pineal, thyroid, adrenal, gonads and pituitary. When we will talk of the 6 Chakras we will also talk of the thymus gland. Thus there are many cosmic and individual bodily classifications which bring about subtle movements. These 5 chief energy groups can be called the 5 faces of Savitri and the 5 sheaths of Kundalini. If even a few of them are balanced properly via apt control, it is like the 5 demigods of the 5 worlds showering flowers on such a person who is full of divine powers. The result of Kundalini awakening is full of such special benefits.
