10 Detox Foods

When it comes to detoxifying the body, there are several ways you can go by and supplements that can be taken. The best way to detoxify the body is really eating many foods that detoxify the body. Below is a list of foods to detox I thought would be a great addition to the diet of all of you.

1. Fruit
The fruits have a high content of liquid to help wash the body of toxins. They are also very easy to digest and are high in antioxidants , nutrients , fiber and important vitamins such as vitamin C.

2. Green Food
When ready to detoxify your body , fill the refrigerator with blue green algae , barley, wheat grass, cabbage, spinach, spirulina , alfalfa , beet, organic arugula or other greens . These plants will help provide a stimulus chlorophyll in your digestive tract.

Chlorophyll rid the body of toxins harmful to the environment from smog , heavy metals , herbicides , cleaning products and pesticides. They also help in detoxifying the liver.

3. Lemons , oranges and Files
These wonderful citrus help to wash the body of toxins, and implemented with the digestive enzymatic processes. They also help the liver in their cleaning processes. To increase detoxification , begin each morning with a glass of warm lemon water .

Remember , vitamin C is one of the best detoxifying vitamins that transforms toxins into digestible material .

4. Garlic

This pungent onion stimulates detoxification of the liver in the production of enzymes that help filter out toxic waste in the digestive system. Adding chunks or cooked garlic to any dish , will help any detox diet.

5. Broccoli Sprouts
Extremely rich in antioxidants, broccoli sprouts can help stimulate detoxification enzymes in the digestive tract , like no other . Outbreaks are more effective than a mature crop of vegetables, despite the image on the right .

6. Green tea
Full of antioxidants , green tea not only washes toxins from the system through its fluid content , but also contains a special type of antioxidants called catechins increase liver function.

7. Chinese Bean
The powerful Vigna radiata ( mung beans ) has been used by Ayurvedic physicians for thousands of years. It’s incredibly easy to digest, and absuerbe toxic waste in the intestinal walls.

8. Raw vegetables
It is better for detoxification systems or raw juices : onions , carrots , artichokes , asparagus , broccoli , cabbage , kale , Brussels sprouts , cauliflower , garlic , beets , turmeric, and oregano. The combination of these foods will help your liver purge toxins during the cleansing process . These have high sulfur content of natural and glutathione. Sulfur helps the liver detoxify harmful chemicals .

9. Seeds and nuts
Enter more easily digested food such as seeds and nuts in your diet. This includes flax seed , pumpkin seeds , almonds , walnuts, hemp seeds , sesame seeds , chia seeds , Siberian cedar nuts and sunflower seeds. To detoxify , avoid nuts butter.

10. omega -3 oils
Use hemp, flax seeds , avocado or olive oil , while detoxifying your body. This will help lubricate the intestinal walls, allowing oil absuerba toxins, and remove the body.
