Now a day’s all over the world many people have a problem with wide hips. The main causes of wide hips are – being the size of the bone of hips and store of too much fat around the hips. When we talking about the women at the most case can selectively fat losing in the hips region. But the good news is when you talking about the exercise to reduce hips aerobic and gym exercises can absolutely helps us burn hit fat to the maximum level.
Walking is one of the best exercise for reduce hips. It burns our hips fat, Specially lower body fat. But make sure we should try to take bigger steps than the normal. Cycling is one of the easiest exercise for reduce hips. We can try it in indoor. But building a balance body and making body stronger and effective we should try it at the outdoor.
There is some gym exercise too. Squats for hip slimming and strengthening, Lunges of hip firming, are best of them. Perfect gym exercise always beneficial to reduce hips and makes our life more enjoyable.
In our human body protein plays a vital role. It is a raw building element for our human body. In every year our body provides around 98% of new cells and the new cells come from the various food we eat and specifically protein foods. For our body cells protein actually works as a bricks are for building. Body structure of a body as well as skin, hair, nails, bones, connective tissue and, muscle also made by protein.
But the problem is for a human body extra protein is so harmful. Over weighting and many several diseases are results of it.
So now what can we do? The solution is we may have looking for how to do a protein diet plan. There are three main steps of this plan and although each diet is unusual these points are going to help us out and will definitely contribute us losing weight fairly and quickly.
The first point is- Divide meals up. It is very much needy for us to persuade our body that we are not usually dieting and the proper way to do that is to make sure we are not going too long time between meals. Trying to divide our meals for eating about six times a day is a great solution. The better process is that has first and second breakfast, first and second lunch, and first and second dinner. This solution though is to make sure these are not total meals but instead half meals where we are eating the same amount of food in a day.
The second point is- Cut out white carbs – Another most important parts of a high protein diet plan is avoiding potatoes, bread, rice, or other white carbohydrates. These are very low water and very high carbohydrate concentrated foods. The fruits and vegetables will give us all of our vitamins and minerals and they are very high in water so that we will not be taking in too many carbs.
And the final is- Make our meals 50/50 – If our plate is half meat and half vegetables then we are indeed taking in lots of protein. When we are losing weight then protein going to protect our muscles.
